The boxes are made of galvanized steel 1.5mm thick. The boxes can be angular (trim on one side), telescopic (crimped to the wall thickness), sliding (in the center of the opening), reverse angular, etc. The hinges and lock sockets are equipped with protective shields welded into the box to protect it from contamination during wall mounting. Each box is equipped with a rubber seal pressed into the recess of the box profile. The box is powder-coated in RAL color (optional).
The surfaced door leaf is a frame made of solid pine, lined on both sides with MDF boards, 6 mm thick, laminated with CPL/HPL plastic 0.4 mm - 1 mm thick. Both ends, top and bottom of the canvas are covered with PVC edge 2 mm thick to match the color of the plastic. The vertical ends can also be protected by a stainless steel edge. The color is additionally matched according to the Slotex catalog. The filling of canvases is continuous. The door leaf coating is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, as well as to chemical reagents and detergents (test report for finishing coating).
The door blocks are equipped with fittings: hinges with a 3-piece bearing /leaf, a Lob lock, a push handle, a cylinder - fittings from European manufacturers, a door closer, if necessary, a lowering threshold.
Door blocks, including smoke-proof ones, can be made complete with an electric safety lock (access control system), with an "Anti-panic" system.
For additional protection of the canvases, 0.8 mm thick stainless steel chipping strips can additionally be installed to the required width (at the bottom and/or in the center of the canvases). Bump strips are installed on one or two sides of the canvases – according to Customer requirements.
